  Horrible business practices. Showed up 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. The sign says open, lights flashing, but nobody is inside and the front gate is locked. I called the phone number listed several times over the span of an hour, no answer. Why say you’re open on Sunday, but clearly you aren’t? Definitely won’t try them again.

  I couldn't make it to Columbia to redeem my lottery winnings & they did it for me!!! Thank you L&B. You can count on me to return for my service that your company offers. Also, I really liked how friendly the employee at the counter was. She was very helpful.

  I spoke with the secretary, Ms. Logan, in regards to the services I needed, that were offered by the company. She was kind, and she was an excellent help in making sure that everything was taken care of and that I left satisfied with her assistance and professionalism, having my issue resolved effectively. May God bless her soul.

  Whoever runs it is lazy and has poor customer service. Shouldn't even be a business. Dissapointed to say this is in Charleston but needs to be in the trash!
