  My husband and I first met Dan L’Altrella in 2015 when we were ready to buy our first home. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and made sure us as a young couple completely understood the mortgage process. This past winter, we sold our house and bought a new home during the crazy pandemic housing market. Again Dan was there every step of the way and this time recommended a realtor that was everything we were looking for. Throughout the whole process we were able to call Dan with any worry or question. Dan and his group are extremely professional and truly have their client’s best interest at heart.   Dan was outstanding! He made me feel right at home and always answered all my questions, took my calls and replied to my emails.   Annie is phenomenal. She made the process of applying for mortgage less stressful. Annie, her processor Patty, her husband Peter and her son, Danny truly made us feel like we were working with family. Anytime we had questions, she answered our calls. If any issues came up she immediately had a solution in hand to get us to the end goal of closing. My sister has used her, we recommend her to clients of ours. Need more hands to count the number of times she was able to get difficult files closed when other lenders threw in the towel.

  We never thought we would be able to get a mortgage! Dan and his group proved us wrong! They go above and beyond to explain every step of the mortgage process.
