  These guys saved me a ton vs every other lender, and believe me i shopped around. Kyle checked in with me regularly as I spent months checking other companies' rates. After being frustrated with everyone i tried out, I went with Canopy and I was amazed at the terms they were offering compared to competitors. Everything was easy working with Kyle, and where other lenders asked me to wait four months, Canopy got it done in less than two. Seriously, do yourself a favor and call them!

  I worked for a couple of home builders over the years and I was in charge of coordinating with lenders, title companies, realtors, and the homebuyers to make sure our new construction homes closed on time, every time. Kyle was a lender that I worked with through this process and he was one of the most dependable to beat deadlines and make sure the closing process went smoothly. I've known him for about 10 years and throughout that time, he has proven himself to be an elite loan officer. I highly recommend Kyle if you are in the market for a mortgage, whether it be new construction or existing.

  We just bought our brand new home and we had our loan serviced through academy mortgage and Kyle Stringham. Kyle and his team made the process easy and painless. They were outstanding. Easy to reach if you started to overthink and panic and needed to ask a quick question. They kept us up to date through the whole process. Would totally recommend.

  *Disclaimer: I am related to the Mortgage Officer, although I do not believe this affected how hard he worked on my refinance. I recently refinanced my house with Kyle Stringham and he fought hard to make sure I got the best deal and rate possible. I know people say don't do business with family, but I would 10\10 work with him again.
