  I couldn't recommend Kristy enough. I am not the most laid back person... Kristy handled all our countless questions (first time home buyers) with grace and patience. There were many occasions where she'd be answering our emails or phone calls on nights and weekends. I always felt bad I was bothering her, but she never seemed bothered by us! She was honest and trustworthy during the entire process. She was happy to work with our realtor even though she had never partnered with her in the past. She was so friendly, yet professional the WHOLE time. We are so glad we went with her. We were nervous about the rising interest rates, and "shopped" around lenders. All the lenders ended up giving us similar quotes in terms of interest rates. She earned our business over the others because we connected best with her and trusted her the most. Highly recommend!

  Kristy is a fantastic mortgage broker. She helped me get my first mortgage when I thought home ownership was out of reach and did the same for my daughter 20 years later. She is knowledgeable, kind, and helps you through each step of the process. She helps you understand each step and is available for any questions you may have. We first started working with Kristy more than 20 years ago, as neophyte-first-time homebuyers, and have continued to work with her ever since. Whenever we have need for something to do with home loans (new purchase and/or refinance), she gets a call and a chance to win our business...and she's won it more than a few times. Kristy has always taken the time to learn about what's going on in our lives and uses that information along with the financials to put together a curated set of options for us to consider. It's less a matter of her selling us anything that her presenting pertinent solution sets for us to consider...and then being there for every single step of the process.
