  I recently refinanced my home with KPG. This was the smoothest, most professional experience in refinancing. Even the final closing was convenient in my own home!   Kevin is wonderful. I contacted him about refinancing our mortgage and paying off a HELOC with another lender. He was able to clearly explain and walk me through the process on our initial call, so I decided to work with him on the refi. Kevin was able to get us a fantastic rate on our new loan. He also took the time to answer all of my questions (and there were a lot of them) throughout the process. He was patient, kind, and highly responsive. With Kevin's guidance, we were able to go from submitting the application to closing in less than two weeks (an appraisal was not needed, which helped reduce the time). I will absolutely use Kevin's services for future loans and will recommend him to friends.

  We were very satisfied with the refinancing experience we had with KPG mortgage. The whole process took less than 3 weeks from initial quote to closing and the rate they gave us was better than anyone else we talked to, saving us over $500/month versus our current mortgage payment. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful and it was by far the most painless of the 4 mortgage financing/refinancings we have done.   This was the second refi that I did with KPG Mortgage in the past year. Both times, KPG was able to help talk me through the different options, and helped me to find the best option for me.   Kevin and his team used the most up to date services to make the process easy and quick. He also gave a personal touch, calling when needed and checking in on us to remind us about docs, due dates, etc. He even reminded us after the sale that we were eligible for the Maryland Tax Credit and provided the information to apply.
