  It was a great experience getting a car with Mr. Neal Barrett at Koons Annapolis Toyota, a pleasure truly.   Chris was the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to communicating and just keeping you updated throughout the whole process and just making you feel like family! Will most definitely recommend Koons Toyota to anyone and will probably come back for my next vehicle when that time comes! Would give 10 stars if I could! Awesome dealership guys!

  Well yall, Koons Toyota and Mikey Harris have done it again!! This weekend we went back to Mikey at Koons for help purchasing another Toyota. Every time I go to Koons I'm reminded why they are the only dealership that I work with. Mikey Harris is far and away the best sales professional I have ever encountered. This is the 6th Toyota that we have purchased from him. Every since interaction is like talking to a friend! There is never any pressure, he always has answers and he ALWAYS advocates for his customers. When Mikey tells me its the best deal he can do, I know 100% that it truly is. Even Kathy in the finance department is amazing to work with. She makes what normally would be a painful experience of giving away large amounts of money, one that is fun and painless. She too is never afraid to advocate for her customers. Thank you Koons Toyota for having such an amazing team!

  Well it is a car dealer, so as I write I do try to keep that in mind. This was the dealer I ultimately bought my new Camry from. The car buying experience is a rough one by design, the negotiating, the waiting, the haggling, the selling, it can all get to a person. Overall it was okay. The sales team was a bit off...I had an appointment with a gentleman that called me, but he was busy when I arrived just before my appointment time, they gave me to another guy who abandoned my just before my test drive, and I was handed over to a third gentleman. Fine, whatever. Did the test drive of 2 cars. Decided I still wanted to look around for pricing. Made an appointment with my third string salesman (who I actually thought was decent) for later in the week. Got all my ducks in a row and went back and negotiated my butt off. I may not have recieved the best best deal, but I think I did really good for myself. The fiance department is pretty decent, they never seemed to be trying to scam me or make me feel uncomfortable. Overall of the nine dealers I spoke to or visited in person, this dealer hands down was one of the better ones. I would even recommend them to my mom (that's saying a lot).

  Vance Martin helped me get a car I have wanted for a long time. He was professional, kind, funny, and relatable. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Rather I felt like he was helping me make things easier. I appreciated the quick smooth service and. Vance is a top tier car seller with superb customer service. Definitely go to Koons Annapolis if you desire a new or used car.

  $5,000 price gouging on the Highlander hybrid limited.They said $10,000 for the platinum. At least they were honest about it up front and didn't try to hide it, I appreciate that. But still price gouging is price gouging. Unacceptable.
