  KCU was phenomenally easy to work with when I had to obtain a vehicle loan. The process was incredibly simple. The lending specialist I worked with was pleasant, fast and thorough.   I would recommend anyone to work with Talisha L. She is perfect at communication fast at responding emails/calls. Always remember; banking employees have a lot going on and they aren’t just working with you, they have many other people for clients to get things done. I couldn’t have asked for a better employee at KCU to take my request and get it all done.

  I have been dealing with KCU for many years and the service has been getting worse and worse primarily on the debit card side where you can wait a month+. I've had to reorder cards multiple times for my business and personal accounts with the same screw ups time and time again.

  2 years experience. Charged twice for checks, waited 60 days for a six figure check to clear (cleared in 20 days with a comparable bank, denied a govt COVID check, was asked for a password on a deposit check, was denied a deposit of a govt COVID check without a password and drivers license. Closing my account!
