  Used twice this Spring. The first service was great with no issues. The second service left quite a bit of room for improvement. Communication was poor and added stress to others due to this lack of oversight.

  We closed here in Fall of 2017. Great and friendly service. The closing was smooth and we were out quickly. The closer took the time to explain in detail the most relevant paperwork and was very helpful on anything else we had questions on. If we ever refinance or buy another home in the area, we are definitely using their services again!!! Thanks Knight Barry!!

  Messed up closing paperwork for buyer when there was a Home Warranty in the contract. Did not include this in their costs and would not let early review of the closing disclosure so this could have been avoided. They also are not making it right as it was their mistake.

  If I can close with Knight Barry on a property I do. They are the absolute best! I've bought roughly 10 properties in the past few years and Knight Barry is so much better than anybody else!
