  The description says it's a cute cabin. It's more! Spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, large, well equipped kitchen, seating for six in the dining room and a comfy living room that includes WiFi and cable tv. The location is very handy to the beach or the commercial area of the Cape. Kiwanda Coastal was excellent with instructions, accommodating a late check-in, answering questions and sending service to activate a gas fireplace. The place was well cleaned before our arrival. All went well. We are frequent Cape visitors and we'll again consider Kiwanda Coastal properties when we return.

  Wow. Beautiful House and exceptional location. We had a family trip and everyone had plenty of room and their own bathrooms, which is nice. We did have a few issues but they were taken care of fast and professionally. One note would be the cookware, we had to get creative to have things cooking at the same time but we made it work.

  Our family enjoyed everything about this house! The kids loved going to the beach every night. We watched the sunset and was very relaxed. We made tons of memories here. We most definitely will be back.

  KCP had exceptional service. Fast to respond, easy to work with, great property. Wont hesitate to rent from them again in the future. I took 1 star for the house. It was really awesome, just needed a few details to make it perfect. A spatula for the grill, more towels (6 towels for 6 people... had to do laundry every day) and the air filters in the bathroom were super dusty and needed to be cleaned/changed.

  Rented Just Ducky on the Nestucca in Pacific City. It was a great house that fit our needs perfectly. It had a fenced yard for dogs, it was very clean, roomy, and was in a fantastic location: walking distance to town, but still a beautiful, more remote setting. Kiwanda Coastal Properties was incredibly easy to work with. In the age of VRBO and Air BNB, I'd not had a property management company involved in my vacation rental for the last few years and I was reminded how the good companies make the process so much more improved. We'll be back to rent from Kiwanda again.

  This house is absolutely wonderful. It has an great layout for our family and the beach access is directly across the street. It was super clean and is well stocked. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

  Unable to contact the rental properties with problems email out of order and the home we stayed in had windows that were all supposed to be taped shut but when we arrived someone tore them all off but if you have no breeze in your home on the coast what good is it? Such an OLD home that nothing seemed to work and it was extremely dirty we found 3 dead bill bugs upstairs in one of the beds! We so were looking forward to this vacation but the home was in such disrepair it was sad!

  Marla we are very sorry you weren't satisfied with the house. We wish we could have remedied things for you during your stay. We did find an email from you but it was received a few days after you checked out and finally called us to verify our email address. Our email hasn't been out of order though; we have been communicating with several guests frequently during their stays.

  Our favorite thing about spending time in Tierra del Mar is stargazing and we enjoyed our quiet dark August nights with beautiful sunsets and moonrises. The house was spacious and comfortable with good beds and showers and an excellent kitchen. There was a deck off the kitchen where we spent sunny mornings with our coffee sheltered from the wind and still had an ocean view. A quiet beach for walks rounded out a restful happy vacation. We’ll be back!

  House was ocean front with an exceptional view. We found the accommodations clean and very easy to schedule. We also felt safe in the fact that they were vigilant in COVID precautions and minimized personal contact when picking up the keys. Instructions were clear and easy to follow! Great experience overall.

  Been working with them for a few weeks, a little speedy, but they can almost get you in at any place if you go in and talk to them.
