  Do NOT get a Visa card through Kitsap CU. There is no way to setup autopay with a non-KitsapCU account. I have to take a picture of a paper check and move it around accounts every month to pay my bill. Customer support was abysmal.

While we do not have a way to set up an automatic payment to your Visa account due to the fact that minimum payments change, we have several other payment options that may work for you.   I want to start by saying how I truly appreciate each and every person at this branch. They all do such an amazing job, and all work so hard. I’m a small business owner in Belfair, and I’m always at the bank. They go approve and beyond for me every single visit.   This branch is the best by far and thats saying something because all of the branches my husband and I have been to have been amazing. However the belfair branch is exceptional! They are always so kind and quick to help us with our needs and we couldn't be happier with our bank!!!!

  The point of a credit union is to not be a bank. Members are the owners. This credit union does pretty good at remembering that members are the owners. The service is fast, friendly and personalized. I hope they keep their small town, customer service ways.

  I don't go in often, but when I do I get excellent customer service and I am treated like the employees at this branch care about their members. I highly recommend Kitsap Credit Union!

  Annoying. Went to cash a check today and was denied entry into the building because I didn’t have a mask. Employees had masks on and no other people were in the building. Why is a mask required when there is no one around? I had to wait outside like I was shunned.
