  Every time we go through the drive thru to make a deposit for work (weekly) we have never waited less that 20 minutes for the 1 car in front of us to receive help. We have given up and gone inside to no wait several times only to see that car still there when we leave. This makes social distancing impossible at THIS LOCATION ONLY.

  People are very kind but VERY SLOW! Even if I'm firsr up to the window, I sit at the drive up window for at least 10 minutes every time! Since covid, the only way to bank now is drive up. Don't bother waiting if your second or more to the window unless you have a half hour to wait!

  It's only open 9 to 5 and closed on weekends. How the hell are working people supposed to use the bank around those hours? Also they have no hassle free checking so u can get overdraft fees and if u dont deposit a certain amount they will charge u and overdraft ur account until u owe 70$.this is actually the worst bank in existence

  Everyone there is very kind and polite, they are very helpful and family oriented in a sense, also helpful if you are new to getting a debit or credit card and arent quite sure what to do just yet
