  Do NOT get a Visa card through Kitsap CU. There is no way to setup autopay with a non-KitsapCU account. I have to take a picture of a paper check and move it around accounts every month to pay my bill. Customer support was abysmal.

While we do not have a way to set up an automatic payment to your Visa account due to the fact that minimum payments change, we have several other payment options that may work for you.   We've always had great customer service at this branch. Everyone greets us with a smile and they are all very helpful and knowledgeable! We really love the hours, it helps a great deal to have your bank open until 6pm so you can get there after you get off of work so you don't have to wait until Friday and have a huge lineup! I love this branch and would highly recommend them!

  Joan and Steph have been apart of the Kingston team for quite some time and they are always friendly and helpful with any need. I appreciate their exceptional customer service. Please don’t ever take them away!!!

  I had to switch Credit Unions as my old one did not have the ability to hand over a debit card the same day. Once I was established I found a new condo. This branch's employees helped me get a credit card to pay for my deposit. AMAZING HUMANS work at this branch and they made a life time customer.
