  This office of pros is great. I feel like i get the best rates on my car insurance plus they offer home renters insurance and they were willing to help me with my life insurance options. Everyone is friendly when I can and they even send me friendly handwritten reminder post cards in the mail. I definitely recommend them to all my Up Country friends and family because they were ae to build the best plan for my car insurance needs as a truck lover and farmer I always have a better know im covered by Kit Okazaki and his team.

  Kit and his team are phenomenal! A more professional, courteous and friendly staff cannot be found anywhere else! They treat you like family. I have had a few unfortunate circumstances in the last couple of months, but Kawehi Akiu-Corpuz has gone above and beyond to take care of me. Every single one of them genuinely care about their clients! From calling for tows, to changing my policy around, to adding rental insurance, then changing my policy again.   Kits office saved me with a last minute insurance card for the DMV. I wasn’t expecting to be able to salvage my DMV appointment because of a paperwork issue on a very tight 15 min deadline. But the SF team came thru and saved me a ton of time and hassle. So very grateful!!! Love working with them they are always there to help in a pinch. They answered questions in the middle of a hurricane warning too. Their level of service exceeds expectations.

  Awesome customer service. Had a car stolen a few years ago. They were amazing helping me through the process. New car had a hit and run accident a few years back. Again, excellent customer service and kindness with the “trauma” of those events.

  I moved to Kit Okazaki’s office about a year ago and have been so impressed with the customer service. My Agent, Tiana, has been so helpful this past year, and she just called to let me know that I saved even more on my insurance. Best type of phone call!!!
