Kameka Hylton1I left 25 miles from where my job is at came to this place thinking i would be succesful,only to hear when i got there i have to have all the documents printed out they didnt even offer any kind of help after i told them where i was coming from and that i didnt drive there all they offered was to give me the application and then i could come back never again because thats not how you treat customers #1

Ms.LadyJM2overall mixed experience.only needed a small loan for a medical procedure. My coworker found this business, called, and gave me all the information needed to start the process. I come with all documents stated to her, which she wrote down while on the phone with them. I get off work early and arrived at 130-140(on marta). Didn't leave till 440. The greeting when you walk in was awesome. But time was wasted because everyone would rather process payments or renewals instead of new applicants knowing it's Friday, the 1st is tomorrow, and holiday season. I had two very helpful ladies and the woman who worked with me first was a ray of sunshine. She had to inform me that my bank statements was not sufficient and that I need transaction history(per mgmt)..which is on the bank statement. Even the bank was confused when I mentioned that. I failed to see that my last paystub wasn't on the statement itself but The lady made sure I was going to have the money so she went above and beyond to help me get things faxed over!! Next, they mentioned a voided check or direct deposit slip, something that wasn't mentioned when my co worker called on my behalf. had to Have things sent over which totaled about 25 mins to wait for all that. While awaiting a document via fax, Anika(mgmt)came out with an attitude which was unsettling when her employees are very cheerful and interactive. She shrugged shoulders and I saw her attitude, but she decided to continue my process. What happened next pissed me off..She asks for my employer # to verify employment. At this time, the co worker who called for me walks in and is trying to start the same process for her reasons. Both of us could've been verified at the same time with the back line # SHE GAVE Anika and MIMi stated that but Anika obviously didn't care. She calls my boss and says" I'm Anika and i wanted to know if I need to reach her, I can call there. My boss kept saying who is this? Anika says," I'm a friend. Can I call there to reach her?" Keep in mind I told my boss earlier I was applying for this loan and she would be contacted for verification. she allowed me to leave early as she knows I need this procedure done. Why lie and say you're a friend? So my boss immediately called my cell fussing about professionalism and how she should send a Paper over like everyone else or state who she is. They have a confidentiality agreement with their employees to uphold. My boss is now thinking I got her and my job caught in shady business(her words exactly). I was embarrassed and now I have to deal with this when I return. That seemed shady. Just call, ask for the boss, state your name and that you're verifying employment. Then ask if it's okay to contact there. I've never in my life seen professionalism so low for a person with a high job title. My boss called me twice to fuss. She states she is not my personal secretary for shady mess and to not give the job # out anymore for anything else. So if I need verification for a new home, car, anything, I'm basically banned from doing so now. She gives me a paper to fill and passes me off to MIMI while she conducts an interview. She goes away and I wait more. I don't feel well(Crohns). I put on the app 500 because I need 400 for procedure to put down. After all that, I walk away with 202. Why? Because I need car info to get that amount. That wasn't mentioned when co worker called. My mom would've assisted if known that was needed. Now I have to wait longer for procedure because they won't accept 202. I'm in agony and very upset. Something is better than nothin. Coworker was turned away and she had everything but 1 form. She's a veteran(Happy4th)smh and nurse. She took off to do this and Has more money in her account than all of us in their combined. Not everyone needs a loan for themselves you know..helping others. I feel bad that happened to her! She gave Anika the back line # for me and couldve verified us both! I thank MIMI and the first woman who helped me especially her! This review does not reflect those two. Too confusing and unprofessional.
