  Kingsley Blasco insurance certainly bends over backwards for their customers. I'm new to real Estate investing and I made a huge rookie mistake mistake! I recently purchased a property without insurance because I didn't think that you could have insurance until the property was in your name... I closed on the property January first and went to visit them January second. I pulled in all excited about my new purchase, told them what Ii was there to do. Next thing I know Kingsley and Lexie grabbed their coats. I was thinking to myself, what did I do? Lexie and Kingsley educated me that you should have insurance before you purchase ANY property, let alone an apartment building. They went out to my new property THAT DAY, took pictures and measurements of everything. Kingsley called me AFTER HOURS with a quote and had insurance for me the next day! If you want someone that treats you as family and takes your investments as serious as you do then go with Kingsley Blasco, you won't regret it!
