  Hello, Let me start off by saying that this review is well deserved and long over due. Lol I have so many good things to say about Kings Mortage. But I know you folks have better things to do than read my review :) What I really appreciate about Veronica and her team is their commitment to getting the loan processing done right and on time. Their proffesionalism, patience and customer service are second to none. I have messed up towards the end of my loan and they were still able to get it done. So I really appreciate that. But for the love of God do not buy anything on credit until you get your keys. Learn from my mistake. Also they have helped my whole family with house loans and refi, from my dad to my sister and they always do a great job so I highly recommend them to anybody that are thinking about buying a home during or after this crazy market. Again a big thanks to everyone in Kings Mortgage and Veronica and her team for doing such an awesome job. Also a big shout out to Martha, Xochitl, Irene, and all the office crew, yall smart, beautiful and much appreciated. :)

  Veronica is wonderful to work with. She makes herself readily available to answer all questions and patiently explain the process. She is always working in your corner to ensure you get the best rate and that the process goes as smoothly and quickly as possible. It was a pleasure to meet her and I will definitely be using her services again in the future.

  Veronica along with her staff helped us out so much throughout our process! We are first time home buyers and even when things were stressful she made sure to do what she could to make sure our loan would get approved. We really appreciate everything Veronica and her staff did.

  Veronica & the whole Kings Mortgage staff were great! They made the loan process easy & simple. Veronica was always there to help, give advice, and was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Being a first time home buyer comes with a lot of questions and worries but Veronica was there to inform us and educate us with the information we needed.   I had an amazing experience with Kings Mortgage. I want to thank Veronica and Irene for working with us. I got to work with Irene Gutierrez and she was wonderful. Always communicating with me, keeping me up to date with everything, and meeting with me at a time that was convenient for my husband and mom as well. She made sure we had the best loan and she had everything done before we even heard about us getting the house to make sure everything was ready and fast. Also, the electronic signature for many of the documents allowed us to review documents at home without rushing. I recommend Kings Mortgage to everyone. Everyone who goes there will have the best experience and work with professionals who get their job done! Thank you again Veronica and Irene for helping us get our dream home.   All the departments starting with the receptionist to Linda,Martha, and all Veronica teams were always in the look at for us and made it possible for us to purchase our home. They had a great service and follow up at all times. They worked with my work schedule when providing documents or calls. Truly recommended 👌 👍!

  Ask for Irene Gutierrez!! My loan process/experience couldn’t have went any better in her hands! Irene was always available to answer any of my questions, educating me along the way to becoming a first time home owner. Information was always explained in a very easy and understanding way. It was always clear that she had my best interest, in times of decision making. The office has a great app that made everything so simple, along with keeping me posted every step of the way. She’s very seasoned which also brought me peace of mind. Her estimates on numbers, time frames, etc. were very spot on from day one. There really is no need ever to have, face to face, in person contact with her or her office either; which is very suitable to manage business these days. So if things like customer service, honesty/integrity, or convenience are not important, I’d still say, consider sending your business her way because she locked me into a rate I’m very very happy with.   I recently used Kings Mortgage in Reedley for a refinance loan and just wanted to share that the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Mortgage loans can be stressful and overwhelming at times, but I felt comfortable and at ease while working with Veronica Barragan and team. This is an experienced team that is very knowledgeable and always responsive. The customer service was fantastic. Kings Mortgage also has a mobile app which i used to scan & upload docs and also to track the progress of my loan, which i thought was a great tool for keeping me informed. I was amazed at how easy (and painless) the loan process was and how quickly my loan was approved. I had a great experience and highly recommend Kings Mortgage.

  I have worked with Kings Mortgage Services on a number of occasions and have had a great experience each time. They are very prompt and I know I don’t have to worry about a thing because they are on it! Veronica kept me well informed and was also great with follow up.
