  Candice helped me with a refinance on my home and I could have not asked for a smoother transaction. She was diligent in making sure that I was updated throughout the entire process and even closed earlier than expected.   I have obtained real estate mortgage loans for over 40 years in California. Kings Mortgage Services has been the most professional, efficient, and easiest to work with by far.   I used Kings Mortgage to buy my house in 2014. I dealt with Sergio. Nice people at first. They promise you the world and make buying a house seem affordable and within reach. When it comes time to officially get the loan under your name, my down payment nearly tripled, they locked my interest rate without letting me know, and the terms and conditions changed dramatically. I stormed in there saying those were not the terms agreed upon. The negotiated the terms on the spot (like a car dealer) but still didn't get me the original down payment and closing cost amount. I would look elsewhere for professional, reliable, and trustworthy experience.

  This is not what we like to hear from our clients! Sergio is no longer with us, and I was unable to find a loan closed for you in 2014. I did find one from an earlier year that "could be" you but it was an FHA with no deviation from the standard 3.5% down payment, so I am unsure. Would love the opportunity to discuss this with you.
