  Loveeee this store best customer service I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend coming here there nice, respectful and work fast if I could give 10 stars I would! They have great prices and the manager is so nice she’s doing an excellent job!

  The worst customer service ever. I don't trust the Spanish lady in there she asked me for my bank card and my id to pawn my necklace. What kind of schemes they running here.

  This is the worst pawn shop in that neighborhood. They offer nothing but crack head prices. It would have to be an act of desperation to go to this location. How this place remains open Is beyond my understanding. I'm starting to believe the chick who works in there who always tries to low ball you, the prices she throws at you is actually what she charges for her cookies !

  On Friday the 24 of aug. I witness the worst display of customer service I have ever seen in the pawn business. The so call manager was breezing around talking to people he knew and ignored customers waiting. They are lucky that there is no competition close by they would be toast! I will never go back there purchase anything.

  They need to update their hours on the internet because it says they close at 7. However, I got there a few minutes before 6 and they claimed they close before 6pm for security reasons so I could not go inside to make a collect my item. This was very inconvenient because I live in Bowie and I happen to be a regular customer of this chain.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! Don’t waste your time and damn sure not your money! I was trying to see some bicycles and they told I had to come back on a sunny day! He acted as if he didn’t want to do any work! I damn sure won’t do back on a sunny day or any other day for that matter!!!!!! Won’t get a dime out of me

  We came early and sat in the parking lot until hours of operation which is 10:00 we stood outside for about 10-15 minutes while all the employees were just standing around mopping not doing anything productive if I can’t rate no stars I would. Last time coming to this location ..

  Worst pawn shop ever. Had a $180 bluetooth speaker to pawn and they offered $10 for it. The WORST EVER, $10 THO??? FAST CASH PAWN IS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET. They will offer more for what u have promise.

  Don't waste your time here. Tried to take all your money and look down on black folks. They think that young people are stupid. Bad customer service, and the worst prices ever. Never liked this one, everyone should just be fired. Very ignorant place not comfortable at all

  Horrible customer service. I called and the security picked up and told me they open at 12pm. It's now 12:15pm and I'm still waiting outside with a huge group of people. All the staff did was laugh at us while we tried to open the door to come inside. Never going there again.
