  Kim is definitely someone you need on your side or your team. She is very knowledgeable, resourceful, patient and very pleasant to work with. She has years of experience and wisdom in her are of expertise whether you are purchasing as a primary home or as an investment property. She usually has all the answers and provides multiple options and really looks out for your interests. In the event that she does not have the answer, which is not very often, she will connect you to the right resource. Highly recommend you contact with your mortgage needs, you will not regret it.
