  I rarely write reviews but I have to share my experience at Route 23 Kia. the service was EXCELLENT. the sales person Mark Hickman listen to my concerns about what type of car I wanted of and car payment that was affordable for me. Mr. Hickman showed me options that was in my price range. I had to travel from NY pick up the car. Mr. Hickman ensured me with traveling arrangement once I was in NJ. They even overnight my registration card and plates were ready. the staff is friendly and took the time to introduce themselves to me while waiting for the paperwork.. I would highly recommend Route 23 Kia to everyone who is looking for a car without getting the run around. I finally I have the car I always wanted. Big Shout Out to Mark, Sergio, Steward, Keisha and Alex for making me welcoming me.

  Had a great experience with Camille at rye 23 Kia. My 85 year old dad needed a new car. We were looking for a 2 year lease on the Forte and she delivered. I worked out the deal over the phone with her, all my dad has to do was sign the papers and leave with his new Forte! He was very happy and so am I! Thanks Camille!

  Emily is a great salesperson She is knowledgeable about her products and the process and worked very hard to finalize our deal. Everyone else I dealt with was pleasant and professional as well. There was a lot of back-and-forth regard the final price and payment, which really didn't have anything to do with Emily as it was haggling that involved the finance team. And even then she worked very hard to get us to a resolution. I negotiate VERY hard with auto dealers and Route 23 Kia was not only up to the challenge, but, made me happy in the end. I would recommend Emily and Route 23 Kia if you're in the market for a car.

  Never leased a car before and I was working with Kelly my saleswoman and she was nothing but comforting. She made the first experience comfortable. We test drove the Kia Sorrento and the Kia Seltos. My mind was set on the Seltos for sure and we made a deal with the help of Mustafa. Come to the Kia of Riverdale!!! Best decision.

  After 3 months of getting no answers from Kia Finance or my local dealer about how to return my mom's car, who passed away in Feb. Richard Rodriguez of Rt. 23 KIA, Riverdale was amazing. He helped me return the car AND get a great deal on a new car for me. I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone there was so helpful.
