  Best experience ever! My closing went smoothly and was on time. My agent was amazing- she was extremely knowledgeable and professional and explained everything to me in a way that helped me understand what was going on step by step. She took the time to go over everything and why it was needed or required- so I wasn't just signing documents without knowing what it was for. She suggested places to go around the area- which was nice, because I am new. I would highly recommend Keystone Title Agency. They made me feel like a person and not just a number or file to them. It was a very pleasant experience and I will continue referring people to their offices.

  I am a local realtor. Communication is very important for a smooth transaction. Keystone Title has been great with their communication. Mary Ann has been very helpful any time I have questions she responds quickly with an answer. I can say the same for Susan and Amy as well. They work hard and I will continue to use them.   9-8-21 - I had a closing with this title company on this date, they are unprofessional, non-responsive, their phone goes to voicemail constantly, it takes them too long to respond. Also, prior to this closing I asked for the closing cd, and alta statement which I never received, nor has anyone explained to me why. I would never use this company and their staff in any real estate transaction. I gave them "1" star only because there was not "1/2" star available.

  Susan Brooks at Keystone Title went above and beyond to make the closing a quick and easy transaction. She took the time to explain everything and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the whole process. This was my first time working Keystone Title Agency.   I just want to say a very sincere and personal thank you to the team at Keystone Title for your recent help getting my home refinance completed. Mary Ann Yaney and Susan Brooks in particular were wonderful to work with. We started the refinance process not long before I had to make a trip out of the country. Susan communicated with me via email, as requested during my absence, and also kept in contact with my husband (who was still here) at every turn, making sure we didn't have any "hiccups" while I was gone. As soon as I returned, we were right on schedule to close! Also, since we live about 1.5 hours from the Keystone office, Susan even had all the closing docs FedEx delivered to us, with labels on where to sign and notarize, so we could have a local notary sign everything with us and then overnight back! The entire process was smooth, explained well, communicated thoroughly, and speedily executed. Susan emailed me every day since closing also- to let me know our paperwork was received, to assure me of approval of final funds, and then this morning to let me know the file has been funded and completed. I honestly have never had such a seamless closing. Blessings to your entire team and happy holidays!

  FABULOUS COMPANY If you are a Real Estate Agent, Homeowner or Buyer I would recommend that you Hire Keystone Title...Read further to see Why! I have been a REALTOR with RE/MAX for 30 years and have used Keystone Title for most of my career. Jackie Cochran has been my "go to person" for the majority of this time. She never ceases to amaze me how well she makes difficult transactions look easy. I had a Commercial deal where there was a title defect, the previous deceased owner's heir (his son) had never signed a quit claim deed when the property transferred to the current owner (closing was with a different Title Company for that transaction). I had no idea where to begin to look but Jackie did! She not only found him (in Thailand by the way) but forwarded him the Quit Claim Deed and made arrangements for him to go the the American Embassy and have it Notarized and returned! Closing was completed without so much as a sneeze! I have always received expert service with Keystone Title and would highly recommend them!

  As a long time local real estate broker I have been using Keystone, Jackie Cochran in particular, for years and I HIGHLY recommend them. I have used other title companies in the past that resulted in customer complaints but I have not had one customer complaint regarding Keystone. Jackie knows exactly what she is talking about and takes care of everything. Several of the agents that work for me also use and love Keystone as well.

  I'm here to tell everyone about my experience with Susan Brooks. She went way above when I was closing on my house today. She stayed later due to the buyer was running late and she was so professional and so helpful. Was the second time I have used them and both times it was such a pleasure.
