  Everyone at the branch was so helpful especially The Branch manager Elizabeth Horyn. She really knows how to find the best solution for your needs. I left another bank in West Hartford and came here because she was able to show great value at Key bank.

  Love the location of this branch and the staff! The new branch manager is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! My husband and I both felt that Elizabeth's experience and advice guided us through making the best decisions for our family and finances. We would definitely recommend this branch for all banking needs, as well as its wonderful staff! Melissa Cannon

  Antonio and Elizabeth are simply professional and curtious Bankers, who understand the needs of their customers. They are always smiling and eager to get any issues resolved quickly. In a world where banks treat you like a number, charge you immense fees, and give unfriendly service, this branch is winning at the game. I highly HIGHLY recommend switching. Seriously.

  Unlike some of the other reviewers, I read my disclosures and asked the important question a financially responsible person would ask before opening my accounts. The bankers always answer honestly and even make suggestions on how to avoid financial issues. The manager goes above and beyond, and all of the people who work at this branch are outstanding.

  I would recommend Key Bank to anyone living within their footprint and think those with negative experiences stop blaming the bank and perhaps look at what THEY did wrong that could've kept them out of the current situation. I have banked with many banks and credit unions and I must say Key Bank's fees are low for the market and in some cases are not charged at all compared to larger banks. If you are smart with your money and finances, this bank will do the rest for you!

  A payment got processed through my account when it should have been switched to a new account, the company didnt show it on their end as being processed told me to take it up with my bank which I did, Keybank, who informed me they had ten days to legally "fix the problem" told me I would have to fill out paperwork which they didnt send me, then charged me 6 overdraft fees in a matter of two weeks and ten days later this is still not resolved. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE!

  The employees in this branch make me feel welcome whenever I walk in, and even when I have an issue I don't expect to have solved within the branch, they each go out of their ways to advocate on my behalf to get it solved or send me in the right direction. I recommend.

  I love this location they handled my fraud claim. It was started at the park street location however no one could help me properly. I love the people that work there. Sometimes they don't anticipate customers needs and that sucks. I went to this location and I was treated wonderful and they were knowledgeable
