  Just wanted to refresh, as it appears my old comment came off. Yes, this is an old issue, but one I will never forget and for sure want to warn others about. I had an account here, started from day one with over the amount needed to not be charged. I was charged. They corrected, then charged again. They corrected then charged again. My account was mixed up with another account as well. I also had a business account which was also charged unjustly. They refused to fix since I wanted to close the account after so many issues. This is the most unorganized dishonest and untrustworthy of all my banking experiences nation wide

  Vanessa was extremely compassionate and helpful. She helped me today, listened to my problem and even gave me kind, encouraging words. When I opened an account through key bank back in June, they were all very caring, kind, and helpful. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. Kindess goes a long way. 💓 excellent customer service.

  I love first niagra bank but after key bank has boughten it out I have had several issues with my account randomly freezing and unfreezing, large fees, pleanty of fees I was not told about I am switching banks as soon as possible... do not trust key bank with your money

  Love the people working at this branch. I drive from skaneateles pass two key bank branches to do all my business at this branch . So nice and helpful ty

  Great customer service by Maggie, I had a issue that many other branches brushed off and told me would take weeks to deliver, it was done within 15 minutes.
