Amber Hurst1Misinformation amongst staff, you will get a different answer from them all. I was told I needed $500 in deposits to not receive a monthly maintenance charge, I was charged it and refunded it. Another staff said I should have been charged because I need $1000 in deposits monthly. Then I receive overdraft charges due to a federal holiday, was told I would be refunded several times and today they tell me I’ve exceeded my refund allowance for a 12 month calendar. We’re in a pandemic and financially unstable as it is and this bank does not care that they took a huge percentage of my deposit for this overdraft. Go elsewhere!!!!

Nicole Caserta1I opened up a bank account October 7th and they told me I should be getting my debit card in the mail in 5-7 business days, it’s been almost 3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my debit card. I am not happy and I would not recommend this bank.

Jay Babe2To be completely honest...I've had a Watertown savings bank account, Woodforest, wells Fargo, & this bank would be the last bank I reccomend. It isn't horrible but it's not great they have a lot to work on.
