  Husband went to the bank on Ridgewood Parma, Ohio 44129 . Tried to get a check cashed that was from an attorney and the tellers would not cash a the check for him. My husband and I have a checking account with this bank. The tellers where rude and disrespectville. Did not asked for his ID. would not serve his request. My husband even asked them to call the attorney who sent the check. They refused to do anything and we are a long time customer of Keybank. . This branch should be reprimanded about this situation. Very rude!

  Absolute worst customer service, waited for three days for a response from a manager. Finally when I talked to someone after many attempts there was no solution to the issue with my account…

  Broken ATM that dose not except cash, talk to the employees about it who where very unhelpful and told me to go to a different bank to deposit my money.

  Get more people to help. It’s absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru to deposit money when there was only one car ahead of me.
