  Terrible branch. Unfriendly. One teller went on and on about how the parents don't tell their kids just one pc of candy and that she has to hide the candy. And of course she messed up my deposit. Not enough tellers. Editing my review from 2 stars to 1 star. I called this branch because I wanted to transfer some money from one account to another. Both accounts have my name on it and I gave them all of my info...ss number ,account numbers, address etc... they won't do it!! I have to go into the branch. I will not be going into this branch I will avoid this branch even though they are less then a half a mile away. I am now going to reconsider banking with Key at all anymore.

  By far key bank has nothing but disappointed me as customer from Denver to Manhattan to buffalo bin to many branches and it's bin nothing but misery went to this location to get help with my account the staff can care less about helping you or caring they just shew you away like you don't matter and always give me attitude the manger in her office was very rude to me and my mother wen we had problem and immediately started giving us a attitude and pretty much sed to bad nothing we can do for you and deal with it becuzz of this forced to cancel my account very soon and find another bank look elsewhere to find a nice bank believe me!! And don't Evan get me started about other experiences I've had at other key banks

  Today I drove through the drive thru to cash my check, the customer service was horrible! I waited about 20 minutes for the rude women to tell me she can't cash my check, without explanation she told me to contact my employer as I did. Went to another keybank and cashed my check fine. I will never go to that branch again!!
