      I have never had any issues with my home town branch or my current branch. In fact, years ago I had a fraud withdraw $500 from my account. Keybank covered the lost amount. But, I am reviewing specifically for this location and this employee. Karishma Mavadia quite literally just saved my first time house purchase by supplying digital images from the ATM that general customer service dragged their feet with. She went above and beyond. I cannot thank her enough for her efforts today and hope she sees this and this branch recognizes her efforts!

      I bank regularly at this location, and the service is always great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Jessica is the best! She's always able to make an appointment in my time, and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all of the products. I wouldn't want to bank anywhere else.

      I spoke with Annie today, and I have never had a more pleasant and positive banking experience. Annie was friendly, understanding, knowledgable, accommodating, and made me feel like the most valued customer in the world. The customer service I received was over the top and way above expectation! By the end of being there I had every possible banking question answered that I could possibly think of. Thank you!!

      Stopped in to make a deposit on a Friday afternoon and three employees huddled in an office hollered out, "we will be right with you". I went over to the teller area where no windows were opened to wait for assistance. After several minutes, one employee came over to say it would be, "one more second" then went into the back then came out and said the same thing again. By now, I have been put off three times and still not helped. (The three employees were not with another customer). I ended up walking out without being helped. Nobody noticed or tried to stop me. I will be closing both my business accounts.

      one star is too many for this Key Bank teller, Connie. THE MOST unfriendly person as well as professional I have ever encountered. She was snide, sarcastic, unhelpful and just plain rude to both my mom and I. We were just making a very large deposit. I will never go back to this KeyBank location. The Louisville KeyBank personnel are the best most friendly helpful professional bankers ever that seemed like they would go beyond the norm to help a customer. The Broomfield Connie was the worst ever and has ruined Broomfield's KeyBank opportunity for my business forever, despite the convenient location.
