Elevations Credit Union Reviews

EN Engineering 20th Anniversary5Just got the pickup I've been wanting/needing for the past few years with the help of Anne Mummert and Soo Ping Ng-Bronson. They made the process of getting approved for a vehicle loan as well as the vehicle closing process smooth and easy. They put in the extra mile, and I couldn't be happier. Give this branch a call and ask for Anne - you won't be disappointed. Photos are of what I upgraded to (2009 Ram 1500), and from (Frankenstein 1998/2000 Subaru Outback). See you offroad!
Response from the ownerBriana, we are so happy to hear Anne and Soo Ping were able to assist you with your auto loan! Enjoy the off-road adventures!

Dodgevanner Rentz142 minutes of phone hell. Three calls to find out the Union's procedure to cosign an insurance check. I called what I thought was a local number. it got routed to a clearing center. First call - five minutes of recording telling me other customers are more important than me. I hang up. Second call, I hang in for seven minuted. Live person tells me I need to talk to some one else. Two minutes later a person answers, then the line goes back to the original "welcome" recording. Third call, when l I get a live person, I explain, don't transfer me as it has just failed. Did successfully talk to Matt Hill in Lafayette, Colorado. He explained everything needs to be mailed to Illinois. Over all a very disappointing morning.
Response from the ownerThank you for letting us know about the difficulty you experienced contacting us about your insurance check. We're sorry for this inconvenience and would like the opportunity to talk to you more about what has happened and how we can improve. Matt will be reaching out to you. Again our apologies.

Ryan Chaffin1This credit union refuses to work with their customers. They recently bought out my previous credit union (St. Vrain Valley). I was with my old credit union for at least 4 years had no problems EVER, and if i did they got resolved and explained in a decent manner . Since I had to transfer to elevations I've had multiple problems, and even had problems dealing with the problems. Yeah they may be nice to you when you have your money all in order, but LIFE happens and this Credit union just doesn't understand that. Plus they are completely rude and helpless whenever you have a problem.

Kathryn Alsop2Unfortunate because iv been using elevations for years and loved it. But had a very disappointing experience at the Westminster branch today. Brought my fiancé in to open an account, and the attitude we received from Anne made me want to just close mine too and have us both find another bank. She treated us like children and wasn’t very helpful at all. We didn’t open his account. And if we do, it will be with anyone but her

Ivan Tazenya1They made us wait for 25 minutes saying their personel was on break yet there was a gentleman in another office who came looking at us and going back to his office. Even when their personnel came back we were first in que but they ended up taking someone else who came in after us. Have been to Elevations Credit Union Boulder and they are great."But honestly this one customer care sucks"

They always open late as well. Unfortunately this is the closest Elevation for me I’m going to have to switch banks. Poor service

Stephanie Delgado1I don’t even know where to begin. Today I went to this bank to cash a check of a high amount. I understand they had to call the person that wrote the check to confirm. I get it I’ve worked a bank before. A worker named Anne Mummert was the most rude, sarcastic, very poorly mannered lady I’ve encountered. She spoke to the person who wrote the check out he authorized the check, she still gave me a very hard time after. She questioned me on how or what did I do to get a check of the amount I had it for. I believe that’s nobody’s buisness. I own my own business of construction. I get checks for big amounts very often. & she had the odasity to ask how or what I did to cash my check. I didn’t answer her question. Because it’s none of her business what I do. She then proceeds to whisper to the teller that was helping saying that she’s going to make sure the check is valid. What other info did she want when she had already spoke to the man that gave me that check. I honestly took this whole process very racist. I’m a young spanish/Mexican women in my 20s. & she treated me like this. It’s like she wanted for the check to be fake so bad for her not to help me. I am very disappointed. I’ve cashed checks of bigger amounts then today and not ever once have I had anybody treat me the way she did. She did such a horrible job including with the teller that helped. I kept asking the teller questions and she wouldn’t answer me, i repeated my question and she still wouldn’t answer me. I don’t recommend this bank at all.
Response from the ownerStephanie, We're sorry to hear about this experience and we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to talk to and hear more about what happened. If you would be willing to do that please send us an email with your contact information and the best time to reach you to [email protected]. Thank you.

Gelsey Mereness1I’ve been banking with elevations for over 10 years. However I went into the 120th and Sheridan location too see about getting an auto loan. The older lady with curly white hair and glasses (didn’t catch her name) helped me and pretty much laughed in my face about getting a loan. She was very rude, un helpful, and made me feel like a complete idiot. I’ve never had to go thru the process of getting a loan and I don’t have anyone to help me to explain the process. I expressed this to the lady helping me and instead of explaining a little bit or trying to help explain to me she just stated my credit score was bad.... It would have been nice to understand the process and have someone help me instead of being completely rude and stand off ish. Unfortunley this is the closest location to me, without having to drive out of the Westminster area so I am forced to use this location in the future.
