The Amber1I called the branch today and the "Branch Manager" was VERY rude. I had simple questions about ATM limits and he was VERY DISMISSIVE. He said it's $500 but THEN he said it depends on what type of acct you have so I simply wanted him to pull up my acct to double check and he said the same thing over again so I asked him AGAIN to pull up my acct and he had an attitude. I just had to hang up and get cash from my other acct. I was in the process of buying a car so I needed to get cash immediately so I couldn't wait around for him. I won't be visiting or calling this branch again. I will stick with Malvern.

Peter Beehler5Fran is the most customer focused bank manager I've ever met. I've been with them for 20 years when they were first Harleysville bank and then First Niagra. Don't like the bigger banks, but Fran gives me such incredible customer service, it still feels like a small bank. If you own a business or need real customer service, can't beat this branch.

TSUNAMI1The guy with the Black Mercedes AMG Wagon likes to tailgate me and drive recklessly down Egypt Rd. I'm a customer at this branch with multiple accounts and appreciate all the help Bill has given me over the years. But starting next week i'll be moving my accounts to another bank. I don't wanna go into a bank and have to pretend to be friendly to someone that puts my life in danger on a daily basis.

Dawn R5I absolutely love this branch. I have been with Wellsfargo for over 20 years and with Key Bank for under 10 and hands down Keybank (this branch) is the best customer service I've experienced. I don't feel like a number, They know me as soon as I come in, all very friendly. I miss Fran and William but Crystal has been very helpful thus far, she is very welcoming and proffesional .

Crystal McGay1My mom was a customer at this bank..and my payee for ssi...since the bank took over first Niagara we've had one too manu issues with them..they dont care of an account holer is sick to the point they cant take or communicate with someone else...my mom went through stage 4 lung cancer and all kinds of test...at this point she can barley walk. She has tp use a walker 24/7 and needs help everyday. My account for ssi is on her account and even though she cant talk normal we still have problems with this bank.. They tell you not to get angery or talk to them the way you should but yet then they have nerve to hang up on you cause your getting pisted off at soemthing that is on there end... Key bank sucks and has horrible customer service plus they cant speck correct English... Wow just wow...
