      I can’t say enough of this bank in Cazenovia!!! The bank manager Heidi is PHENOMENAL!!!! Every time I call the bank for whatever- she really goes above & beyond to help you in any way Heidi can! ALWAYS a lovely smile & you can hear that in her voice as well!       Heidi has always gone above and beyond for us. We've moved several times since opening our account in Cazenovia in 2007 and I still reach out to her for assistance because she's so reliable and knowledgeable.
