We are so frustrated with the change from Oneida Savings Bank to Community Bank. We've had repeated issues with debit cards and have replaced them multiple times, money that is not available from checks that is had been previously, inability to transfer money between accounts after 7 pm, and more. Even the tellers that worked there for so long are gone. Looking for a new bank; it isn't a community bank for sure....time to move on!
