  New customer and they are holding my check deposit for really no reason other than to keep me from paying my bills and buying food for myself for a whole extra week just to build interest by holding my money hostage already going to be switching banks I need my money now not a good first start for a new customer oh I'll get my funds on a Saturday? No I won't that's not a bank day so really I'm waiting until Monday I made my deposit on the 23!! This is gross how you treat people thanks for making it so I can't eat because you want to keep my money to line your pockets on interest disgusting

  Their atm jammed so I had filed a dispute to get my money back with one of the representatives inside. I was told i would get a call back later that day and i never received a call from the branch. I waited a few days for further information about my dispute and still nothing. I called customer service to find out what was going on and was told my dispute was never even submitted. Now I have to wait even longer to get my money back. Very disappointed

  Do NOT do work for this company "BANTA MANAGEMENT/JEGG REALTY" that runs the buffalo wild wings parking lot in Middletown, NY. THEY DO NOT PAY. We are owed over $10,000 from them. and not ONE phone call has been returned for almost three months! BE AWARE!

  Key bank will rob you they were supposed to close an account and I am now incurring fees that they won't reverse and won't close acct until is paid even though wasn't supposed to still be open. Add that with outrageous fees this bank. .i am about to file a formal complaint with the federal reserve regiarding this institution what they are doibg is wrong

  Never had a problem with my 211 Middletown branch always very polite and helpful never had to wait in long lines. Staff very friendly

  This location hasn't been a key bank for years , I drove 20 miles out of my way to find an abandoned building , shame on key bank for not updating their website locator , the one on dolson ave in Middletown by were very helpful

  This is is the worst Key bank branch....the atmosphere is the worst, they are not helpful. They have the worst attitude. I will continue to use the Goshen branch.
