  I signed up for the $200/$200 promo Key was offering. I followed all of KeyBank’s requested requirements and I am STILL waiting for my (first) $200 promo. No one has answers as to why I have not received the promo, as of yet. What a shame that a company such as this can not follow through on their offers (or offer reasonable answers?) This is the second time Key has caused issues with my banking. Should have learned the first time...shame on me.

  Terrible bank. Was told I could not pay (in cash) my property tax because I did not have an account there but my son does. Called another key bank branch and they said I could pay it at there branch, then was told I couldn't due to money laundering issues! Will never deal with this bank again.

  Hello, please know the Summit County Auditor’s office only accepts checks and KeyBank has no recourse to change that. We don’t run a transaction for the taxes and therefore cannot accept the cash. We do apologize for any inconvenience. ^ JJ

  Conveniently located in the center of Twinsburg. Free parking. Full service branch of the regional bank headquartered in Cleveland. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Curtrious service. Atm on site.

  Hands down the worst bank I've ever delt with. I opened my account at this branch and had all sorts of hidden fees not disclosed to me.
