  I've only been a member of key Bank for a short time. I'm Very tired of broken ATMs. After my checking account promotion is over and I get my free $200 from you I promise I will be leaving.

  Why can't there be a zero star? Because of the lack of response from Key Bank, I have a good friend from Grad school who is a web God. He has agreed to post this on Saturday, with my ID as the IP owner. I have every Board member email address, every exec, and everyone else I can find. All will be contacted. Reserved addresses: MyNightmareKeyBank.com DontKeyBank.com ThisHappenedKeyBank.com It is now 10/7/2021 MY LIFE HAS BEEN DESTROYED BY KEY BANK 4 weeks ago, on September 10, I did a photo check deposit of a check $250 to KeyBank, I thought was my mother's birthday check to me (my birthday is 8/1). I was wrong, it was her Christmas check, I had in a folder and was very expired. She is an American citizen, (Southern!) science teacher in Egypt (!) with the American School, an amazing person (!) her account is with Wells Fargo. I can only contact her via Facebook. The check to Key Bank bounced. Understandable. Another check deposited at the same time to Key.com, for $400 had my account at a positive $340 ish. KeyBank froze my account. I was told by Key Bank it would take 10 days to work out. My KeyBank account has been frozen for 30 days. There is now over $4500 in Key Bank that they are sitting on, that I cannot access, and I can't just close the Key Bank account because it's under fraud review. Fraud of $250 from my mother. Many other checks deposited to Key Bank she has sent me, and from Wells Fargo. For $250, from my Mom, for Christmas because of Key Bank. Every element of my life is through this Key Bank account. I work online. My clients pay me through a platform called UpWork that transfers to Key Bank. Because of the fraud hold from Key Bank, I can't change anything, my UpWork account is now on hold. Every single day I am being told by Key Bank that it will be resolved "tomorrow". I call three to four times a day to Key.com, the branch, other branches, the 800 number. All they tell me, if they answer the phone, (rarely) is they are waiting on the fraud committee of Key Bank. There is no person at the fraud committee I can contactat at Key Bank, according to my "home" Key Bank branch. I was evicted from my home because of Key.com I now sleep in my car because of Key Bank. Here is a picture of me: Here is a picture of what I used to look like. My phone has been cancelled because of Key Bank. I get food from the food bank because of Key Bank. I take showers at the community center because of Key Bank. The church I go to has taken pity on me and gives me gas weekly because of Key Bank. The only response I get from Key Bank, is that my "home" branch in downtown Denver is the only one who can lift the hold. They (the Key Bank downtown branch) say, daily, they are waiting on a fraud department. All for a $250 check for Christmas from my mother. $250 for a Christmas check from my mother, my life has been destroyed by Key Bank Thanks Key Bank.

  This location says they cash checks but would not cash mine unless I opened an account. They told me they didn’t have the money on hand but if I opened the account I could withdraw money right away. So obviously had the money. Not good!!!

  This branch provides top notch customer service. The account and all its perks are great, but they would not mean anything without a solid team standing behind them. Drew helped me open my account and has helped me with a few issues since. He always has the right answer and goes above and beyond to make banking a little easier for my family. I absolutely recommend opening an account at this branch!

  Holy Crap, this bank has SO MANY FEES it will make your head spin! I opened a new checking account to hold some funds, and found myself being charged a monthly maintenance fee and a monthly innactivity fee. I decided to close the account and got hit with a large account closure fee that they wouldn't waive! What a joke.

  Customer service is very rude" I ask him about the double charged for using the ATM other than key bank" didn't know they charge a few upon the ATM fee. He said I need to read the package, like theirs other hidden fees in their.
