  This is the third time I've worked with DJ for my home loan needs and there's no one else I'd ever want to work with. The home buying/refinance process is never smooth, but DJ truly goes above and beyond every time. He is always available for questions and is very responsive to my needs. He works hard to find the best rate and guides me through the entire process. Even though years go by in between our contacts, he always remembers me. His personal, reliable service is what sets him apart from other lenders I've worked with and why I recommend him to everyone. DJ is simply the best!

  We bought a house and then also refinanced with DJ. He was fantastic. I do not have a mind for Financials but I definitely like to know what I'm agreeing to. DJ was extremely patient with my questions and kind. He knew exactly what was best for us, what to avoid, and could explain it perfectly. Later, when rates were better, DJ contacted us again about refinancing and again was very patient and did a great job of explaining things. If we ever need such services again we will definitely use DJ. I highly recommend DJ and America Capital Financial to anyone.

  I have used DJ and American Capital for several mortgages and one re-finance of an existing loan. In every transaction, DJ has been willing to go the extra mile to make sure he provided a mortgage that was precisely tailored to fit my needs.   We received a recommendation for DJ from a friend. We have several properties and have bought and sold and refinanced many times working with many different brokers and lenders over the years. Usually things are complicated and it feels like pulling teeth. Not so with DJ and American Capital Financial! DJ made everything very seamless and so easy. He was always easy to get a hold of and called back right away. He never left us hanging or guessing. DJ makes sure you understand what is needed and what is going on. He is extremely courteous and respectful. The title company sent their closing agent Richard to our house for closings which was so convenient for us. We really enjoyed meeting and having Richard over! We cannot say enough about what a pleasant experience it was working with DJ and Richard! We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!!

  DJ was exceptional to work with regarding the financing of my new home. He drove up to my work to go over the initial details. He was at my closing to make sure it all went well. He assure me through the process that we had may options to make sure I was comfortable with the financing and my down payment . Work with DJ is like having a great friend looking for you as you make one of the biggest decisions in your life.   I've known DJ for almost 10 years. I first started working with him when I was an account executive for large mortgage bank; with he as my client. Over the years, I've come to know DJ personally and he actually did my home mortgage loan in 2014 when I purchased my current home. He has since refinanced my mortgage loans twice; most recently in August 2017. DJ is awesome! He keeps you updated almost every day with every step of the way with your mortgage loan process. He answers my emails almost immediately. This last loan, it took only 3 weeks to fund from start to finish. He has the best staff and a very knowledgeable and seasoned loan processor. I have actually referred several of my friends to DJ in the past and they have all been happy with the way he has completed their loans. I would highly recommend DJ to anyone. I have not gone to any other mortgage lender/broker since I've known DJ.

  DJ was amazing throughout the process of us buying our first home! We chose to go with DJ, as we had a short timeline for getting our offer submitted and closing on the house, and we knew we could count on him to be quick and responsive throughout the process. As first time home buyers, we had LOTS of questions, and DJ explained everything thoroughly and answered every one of our clarification requests quickly and honestly, and at all hours of the day if needed. I don't think we could have met the timeline restrictions we had, if it weren't for DJ guiding us. DJ also secured a great interest rate and low fees that we felt comfortable with. We will definitely recommend DJ to all our friends!

  We worked with DJ as first-time homebuyers so we had a lot of questions. We also had some unusual circumstances because we didn't have an extensive credit history in the US and needed a non-standard mortgage solution. He helped us find a few different options and then made sure we understood how to make the right choice for us. Experience was amazing and very smooth.
