      I called this branch before I left my 89 year old mothers home and asked a question about adding my name and my sisters name to my mothers account and signing a signature card. The financial banker, Shawn, told me what to bring in. I walked into the branch carrying my 2 year old granddaughter, along with mother which is on a walker. There were no customers in the branch but a man was on the customer side with his back to us talking to the tellers. One of the tellers asked if they could help us and I said we had an appointment with Shawn. No hello how can we help you…She told us to have a seat and he would be right with us. (Remember there were no customers) They wanted an 89 year old woman to sit down and than have to stand back up to go into an office when they were done chatting…about the time I was getting my mother to sit down this man that had his back to us and was standing around talking to the tellers turned around and said you can come in here….No “hello” “how are you today” NO greeting !!!! How is this man a financial banker??? He didn’t ask what he could help us with, even though I called and told him what we wanted to do. He acted like we were a burden and we interrupted the conversation he was having with the tellers…I will NEVER go back to that branch!!!! And I have several accounts at Key Bank. I only went there for the convenience of the location for my mother but never again. I wouldn’t have gave a 1 star rating but I couldn’t write a review without pushing on a star …..very disappointed with the service of Shawn….would not keep this man as my employee representing my company!!!

      Hands down the worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. So unprofessional and unable to resolve the simplest issue. My new bank is great. Thanks for nothing. Had an issue with fraudulent charges being posted to my account that weren't even in the same country, but yet you authorized them twice. Even after telling me you would block transactions coming from the place they were all posted from. Three cards later and the issue was never resolved even when 2 of those cards were never used. New bank and no problems since. Funny.

      Not sure the point of having anyone work at this location. Might as well just replace them with ATMs and phone apps as they suggested I use. My husband has an account with them, my name is on the account. I’m an authorized user, we’re married AND I have a card WITH my name on it. Yet they wouldn’t print out a statement for me. ??? I literally can pay bills, take out money with my card and create an online account. Yet they wanted my husband to physically drive there to give me a print out of our statement?? Thanks for wasting our time.

To request statements etc you would need to be an actual account owner, not just an authorized user. If the account owner wishes to add you to his or her card as a co-owner then both of you would need to visit a branch in person with picture ID and fill out an application. Hope this helps.
