      Branch in massillon down town is horrible ...5 parking spots after u wind around through a back one way ally only to find u have to wait in regular line to use atm....to make matters worse you wait on line for over an hour for customer service rep no matter what time or day u call....best branch is inside a grocery store

      Absolutely hate this branch. You have to go down a dingy back alley to get to the drive tru and ATM. If your going to use the ATM, you have to wait in one of the drive up lanes to even get to it. When you try to leave you basically can only go right because of the traffic trying to cross 4 lines. Forget going in because there is No place to park. I miss the Mayflower branch. Guess it's time to find a new bank.
