  Couldn't answer my actual questions. Kept going back to explaining things I understood, but would circumvent the important questions. Didn't get done what I wanted to. Had to drive to a different key.

  Changing banks, specifically because of the branch. Different branches apparently have different rules. This branch is a joke, and no sense of customer service.

  About 6 years ago, I went shopping for a new bank. After several visits to many local and national banking chains, I decided to go with Key. This branch in particular, has proven themselves to be dedicated to customer service. Everyone knows me by name and asks how I am doing. They always brighten my day no matter what.   I just opened a checking account with Key Bank at the Totem Lake Branch. The staff was fast, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend using the Totem Lake Branch for your banking.

  Honestly it's been the worst banking experience I've ever had the tellers are rude. I will be changing banks asap
