      Evelyn is the best! She worked with me all day on an issue and was polite, professional and very caring! She gets a 5*. She had a co-worker who interfered with our process and the co-worker was rude and dismissive! Keep up the great customer service, Evelyn! You rock!

      One of THE WORST experiences in banking I have ever had! Have been waiting nearly a year for a new debit card. They've sent me 4 that are either in someone else's name, they don't have record of or they just don't work. They charged me for statements that I have never received, even though I stopped in the bank more than 8 times to resolve this issue, they took fees out of my accounts for never sending the statements I was charged for TWICE! They put them in 'safekeeping' for me for $10 per month PLUS an $18 monthly fee on my account. No records of my banking for me, they just kept my stuff safe for $28 per month. But hey, I cannot get those safe kept items unless I pay again. ONE EVIL BANK! RUN AWAY FAST...that is EXACTLY WHAT I AM DOING! Sadly it wasn't fast enough!

      This branch is an embarrassment to the Key Bank organization. I cannot believe the level of incompetence I've had to deal with concerning everyday tasks. The only person that has any notion of customer service is Valerie. The lead teller, Stacey, only does what's best for the company and the branch manager/finance manager is another company man that doesn't care for the patrons at all. I'm done. Ever since Heather left, I've dreaded even pulling into the parking lot.

      Fantastic customer service. Laura Pezzola spent plenty of time with us as we opened our business account. She answered every question I had, making sure I understood each step of the process, making it as painless as possible.       The ATM at Aberdeen WA malfunctioned and $800.00 from a withdrawal was sucked back into their machine. After following their long process to be compensated, their processing department denied their machine ate my money. I have witness and will be forced to take the bank to small claims court. Total scam of an operation.

      Awful. Cash a paycheck and get a week long hold on it. Last month, they only put a 1 day hold on it. Said due to repeated overdrafts in last 6 months. There have been 2. And both of them were from atm fees charged AFTER I had sufficient funds for the purchase that put me over. In fact, one of the only ways my account can be overdrawn is by them themselves charging fees WEEKS after atm use. It's a basic account that's very hard to overdraft. And now has had over a grand in it for months now and this is how u treat customers like that? I totally woulda understood it but why not last month? Why last month was it only a day? Now I cash it a week after the date on the check and have to wait ANOTHER week. I called to try settling the issue and they still are on the side of ridiculousness. So stuck going ANOTHER week without my paycheck. Even being a customer for a year, I'm not trusted and I'm a delinquent. No overdrafts that were my fault this year yet u pull this $&i/ on me. Not to mention, no temp cards like every other bank does if u lose or waiting on your first card in the mail that takes 7-10 business days. Had to deal with both of those, except I had fraud on my account instead of physically losing my card and had to wait over a week for my new one. If the hold isnt released, which the person on the phone said it wouldn't be, I'm done. I've put up with more than I have anywhere else so why stay. Had my credit union account for over 10 years and never had to deal with garbage like this. Ever.

      Large bank for small town, reminds you that Aberdeen/ Grays Harbor was a place of thriving businesses at one point. Wasn't able to reach teller using drive thru system, teller inside was nice and took care of transaction easily.

      This bank is awful. They don't give temp bank cards when you first open, they don't let you use your money right away, they charge you to take money out, they charge you $25 to close the account before 30 days, puts holds on your account without notifying you etc etc. I have had this bank for less than a week and I've already had this much trouble. CAN'T WAIT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT! They also franked a money order twice so it couldn't be cashed at a post office. DO NOT BANK HERE!!

      This bank and their merchant services are a joke. They have overdrawn our business account with charges that we were never told about. We were told there would be help 24)7. Not true. Nobody ever calls back.
