  Would give NEGATIVE STARS if I could. Refused to DEPOSIT a GOVERNMENT ISSUED CHECK made payable to MY HUSBAND we were BOTH PRESENT WITH IDENTIFICATION and I had MORE than enough money in BOTH my accounts to cover the check. Made us WAIT 30 MINUTES caused me to MISS ANOTHER appointment we had at 4:30. WORST BANK EVER!!!!! Save yourself the headache and GO TO THE BRISTOL IN BRANCH. This brand should be closed and EVERY teller should be FIRED!!!!!!

  Would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible customer service. Lost hundreds to overdraft fees after overdraft protection was supposedly turned off TWICE by the same person. Nothing was ever done about it. Tried to close the account after ONE out of several overdraft fees was refunded and couldn’t because it was pending, understandable, but then they overdrafted the account AGAIN-after the manager herself Densie refunded it. Demanded they fix it, write the check for the remaining balance in the account (a whole $12.80 DO NOT LEAVE YOUR MONEY THERE!) and opened with Chase.

  This bank robs you blind on atm fees. Closest to hotels so they take advantage of this fact. $4.00 Shame on you. PNC Bank is alot cheaper. Will not be back and hopes this stops others from being ripped off too.

  Small ok bank, bad parking lot design, good staff.
