  Been with them since 2016. In those 4 years I have moved 3 times. We’ve updated our address every time we have moved. My card expired this month and I was sent a replacement 2 weeks ago that never came. It was shipped to the correct address. Whatever, maybe it was lost in the mail. I called customer service to request a new one. They issued a new one and shipped it to an address that I haven’t lived at since 2017! It wasn’t even the address on my statements! They had to issue me a new card AGAIN. So here’s to another week without my card all because they shipped it to an address that should’ve been taken off my account years ago. We will be looking for a new bank.
