  Can be very rude. Tried to negotiate and understand why the pricing was so low (because I am young and didn't know) and the cashier got snappy and a attitude. I went there before and some of them were nice tho.

  Place isn’t a bad place but there a bunch of low ballers when it comes to selling them stuff or needing a loan..if you want to sell or get a loan on something this definitely isn’t the place!!!

  I bought my first American Fender Strat from Pawn Plus when they first opened up on the square here in town - I've always had positive experiences with them whether buying, selling or pawning (and I have done all 3 over the course of 20 years). The staff is professional and courteous; their climate controlled storage units are clean and secure as well and definitely the best storage value in Martinsville.

  Mark (the owner) is about as good as they get for a pawn shop owner. The prices on merchandise being sold are not updated that often but if you offer him a fair price, he'll negotiate.

  I want to thank the guy that sold me my pistol here at Pawn Plus awesome pawn store and I will we'll be doing more business with them it's a hell of a place they treat you like family
