  Terrible. Especially drive thru workers. They are gossipy old ladies who look at your car and judge everything except doing their job. They need to focus on their job. 2.9 rating is too high for them. There are other good KeyBank branches in the area. Avoid this place or you will learn the hard way.

  Hours are incorrect online and in google maps. Rushed all the way here to find out they’re only open till 5 on Fridays. Says open till 5 every day. Waste of time

  Hello, Sorry you had that experience. Where did you see the hours online? I did check with google maps along with key.com and they both show the branch is open until 5pm.   Absolutely best Key Bank branch and best staff I have ever encountered! They will go above and beyond for all of their customers regardless of how much or how little money you have with them! The Branch Manager Nermina is amazing! The way she handles herself and communicates with her staff and clients is so professional! You can see it in her how passionate she is about banking in general, her clients and her staff! If you have any banking needs please look no further than this branch in Loudonville! I have been a loyal First Niagara customer for years and years and have switched to Key bank (not by choice) about a year ago - and it is the best thing that could have happened! They take the best care of me each and every time i go in for my banking. Thank you Key bank for providing your customers with such exceptional customer experience!

  Key bank is one of the worst banking establishments I have EVER been a part of... and I was involved with the class action lawsuit against Citizens bank 10 years ago... that should tell you something. My wife and I still can not get away from them. After multiple times trying to close our account they keep tracking on fees so we have to go back and pay them. Then we bring it back to zero and before it closes they tack on more fees. Usually I would blame the banker NOT the bank. But its ridiculous that after a month and a half we finally stopped paying them hundreds of dollars and our account still isnt closed. We are banking comfortably with SEFCU. SEFCU provided us a mortgage, several car loans and through them we are saving for our retirement. I hope you steer clear of this establishment at all cost. Its evident they do NOT have your best interest in mind.

  This branch is very unprofessional start from the teller. They think they have control on you because they manager your money. "The manager of this branch is rude, patronizing and unprofessional." She's feel pawerfull above of you unfortunately for Her this is "America We Are the people" Hope this bank isn't infeelter the wrong people to work in the bank. The Police is constaly there because the Rude women manager. Mrs Ibralic.

  Was in a hurry to deposit money and got in the drive through right at 4pm, the lights above said open so I thought I made it. The lady looked at me and turned around and 2 minutes later told me she was sorry and could not help me. I was so mad, I asked her please I just need to make quick deposit and she told me no she already shut her computet off. I rarely go to this branch, I usually go to the cohoes one, and I never would have encountered this problem at that branch.
