  Terrible customer service. I sat in the drive-through as the ONLY customer and having sent my withdrawal for 4 minutes without even a greeting. When it came, it was just to say "I'll be with you in a minute." I have currently been sitting here for 15 minutes with no response, no acknowledgement and no service. I can't even leave, because the bank still has my i.d. This is absolutely ridiculous. Covid 19 does not give permission for poor customer service!

  I had a terrible experience working with this branch. When you open up the account the branch manager is very nice and friendly, but when you need them to explain an overdraft or help with refunding a fee, they never have your back. I'd say stay away from this bank. I know Malta is small and there may not be so many options but this branch is of course your worst choice! An example: - if you don't have enough money in your account for some reason and you have a pending transaction to pay for your credit card, you get charged 38$ every single time your credit card attempts which is 3 times a week. -If you deposit a money order, it takes a week to get deposited. - Manager doesn't help at all with refunding any of these, don't waste your time!

  Just spoke to Matt at Key Bank Malta he was great, he has help me in the past, very precise and follows through, it is great to receive this kind of service. (You need more like him).

  Not a fantastic bank all together. But all of the employees at this branch are very kind and helpful. The parking lot is confusing to navigate due to the weird one way roads, oddly placed entrances, and not being able to turn out certain ways... But that's really my only complaint about this location.

  Keybank has been my personal and business bank for years and used them for my home mortgage. Great bank with superior service!

  Every Key bank I go to I have a terrible experience. Please just go to pioneer across the street instead.
