  I have been with this bank ever since it was Erie State Bank back in the early 70's.The name has changed but the ladies haven't.Well,they haven't been there as long as the bank,but they have been there for quite a while.I have known them for many,many years and they have been giving me fantastic service ever since then,20 plus years.Kim and Lynn especially,they have been there the longest.And Molly is just the sweetest.This is Ben Moore by the way .

  KeyBank has the absolute worst customer service ever. They have had my funds on a hold for over a month now. After returning all my deposits and payments even though I had over $8000 in my account. Now no one can help me or get me any information other than having me deal with the Branch Manager (Kara) in Monroe M who refuses to do anything. Has told me several different things and then said she didn’t say that.

  Opened account online they asked for $25 from another account so I gave it to them then I get a letter they needed more to confirm my identy I took them more and asked why the $25 didn't post but the direct deposit did they said maybe because account is froze at moment then couple weeks later I get a letter saying they couldn't co inform identy and closed account gave me a check from direct deposit but kept the $25
