  My friend that lives far away and I needed to notarize papers together and I called for her service early morning around 10 AM she said I’m not around at the moment would you like to make an appointment when do you need the service for? I explained to her that I need the service done today it’s an emergency My friend and I have to work in a few but We need it done today also my friend can come back tonight after work for the appointment if you have any slots available after 9:00 PM she said yes it’s a 24h service! what time you want I said 9:45 will work? She said yes slot is open she’s listed for 24h anyway She made an appointment with us at 9:45 by her place we get there she’s not there we waiting for her outside few min pass by I texted her no answer 2nd text no answer 3rd text no answer so we decide to call no answer we called again after a few min no answer I text her please let me know if you can’t make it so we leave and find solution it’s late night now and we have to get this done!!!!! mobile notary is what you might find at that time and if!!! because it was almost 10:30 and can’t make an appointment for the next few min you have to get to them or they have to get to you and a lot of them finish at 11 and require appointment we ended up not finding a solution that night and it’s late my friend lives far she had to stay over and we had to find solution early am before are appointment that required those papers it was a nightmare because we trusted in this lady

  Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. We all know negative word of mouth travels faster than positive word of mouth. But I thank you for your review anyway 🙏🏽 I did inform you that I dropped my phone in the Uber and was stuck in another borough overnight. Once I retrieved my phone, I also offered to come to you free of charge. You did not inform me that anyone was coming from far. You stated that you and your friend needed a notary and would not be able to get to me until 9:45pm. We made the appointment then the incident happened with my phone. I informed you that I was not in the city but was headed back that evening. As you stated, you were still looking for a notary the next morning. I text you apologizing and offering free notary and travel service. I could've still assisted you with your documents, but instead of you responding to me that morning so that I could have corrected my error, you decided to do THIS! So for that, I appreciate you. You are showing people that professionals can't have incidents happen or make errors. I have met clients at 4am in a hospital, at 11pm in a diner and at 6am in a funeral home. I love my clients and would do ANYTHING for them, please understand that. I do apologize again for this happening, and I am happy to hear that it worked out. Have a great day and stay blessed!   Shavasia is my go to! I initially needed her services to navigate my mortgage- she was there every step of the way.   I used Ms. Robinson to do my taxes and I was very skeptical at first! But, not only did Ms. Robinson get me the largest tax return I had ever received, she also showed me HOW I could do it for MYSELF in the future! Ms. Robinson was just a wealth of knowledge and when I informed her that I was selling my property, she informed me that she was also a real estate agent! Needless to say, I used her to sell my property and she also doubled as the mortgage signing agent when I needed a notary to complete the sale of the property! Key Tax & Notary Services is an all-purpose outfit and I will definitely be back again!!!
