  It was so much easier than we had anticipated. I had heard and still remembered the the nonsensical process of obtaining a mortgage. We prepared for the challenge. This was the opposite. We worked with Nikki and a few other people. Kevin checked in on us as well. They were all awesome. They literally walked us through the process as simply as possible. We never wondered what the timeline was or what was needed or how things were working out. I called Nikki a couple times and she even answered while cooking dinner. It happened. I heard significant racket in the background and found out she was cooking probably 10 minutes into the call. I also really like the follow up reports and metrics they provide. It’s just more service than we expected to get. That’s a Nice feeling! This is a mortgage company with big time buying power with corner store feel. 5+ stars!!!!

  Kelly was so helpful and informative in the mortgage process. This was the second home we were buying and while our first lender was helpful, Kelly is a natural educator! She helped us so we were able to do non contingent offers in this extremely competitive market. She has been so thoughtful in follow up after the sale of our current home as well. All around, the team has been so friendly, professional, and helpful.

  Kevin, Nikki and Lexi are so easy to work with. They came highly recommended to us and we loved working with them. In fact, we’ve refinanced twice with them. They are so nice to work with. They will honestly advise you and answer any questions about the different options they can offer you depending on your unique situation. The process was extremely easy and everything except the final closing can be done via esign. We have recommended them to friends.

  Kevin and Nikki at the team were great to work with throughout our first-time home-buying process. They worked seamlessly with my realtor which took a lot of the burden for coordination from us. With all the new information, costs etc. there was a tendency to get overwhelmed at certain points. The Kevnik staff were supportive, and patient with us as we learned. Kevin and Nikki are both extremely personable and made us feel really comfortable. This really meant a lot to us because the responsibility of buying a house can (and should, frankly) be a bit intimidating. The end result was us getting the most perfect home that we have officially been in for one week! I would recommend them to any family and friends who are looking to purchase.
