  I had another agency before switching to State Farm and I gotta say I'm so happy I switched. The customer service alone is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. And the rates are great and not to pricey. You pay a minimum to get as much as other places that would charge you double. Definitely recommend 100%

  I switched to State Farm and I have to say I wasn’t expecting such a positive experience. My rate is way cheaper and they went above and beyond to get me the best price for my insurance and I am saving so much now. I should have switched years sooner! The customer service was exceptional and a completely different experience then I’m used to. Pleasantly surprised!

  Thank you Amy. Problem with mortgage having a mix up and not paying our home owners insurance. Amy solved the problem quickly and State Farm refunded my overpayment in no time. We are very very happy with this State Farm office handling all our auto and home insurance. Amy was a delight to deal with.

  I have nothing bad to say about them! I am so glad I looked into other insurances. They gave us a better rate then everyone else! They answered all of our questions in a timely manner. They were very patient with us while we thought about the decision. Would recommend to anyone!

  They are AMAZING people here at the bad axe state farm always super sweet and always helpful! Whenever I have questions or concerns they are on top of it and I couldn't honestly ask for a better insurance policy!

  Able to set up a new insurance plan with minimal hassle. Highly knowledgeable team, and Brandon was great to work with to get everything squared away. Would recommend if you are looking to change insurance providers, or looking for better rates.

  I’m so glad I decided to leave the other insurance company, and hop on the State Farm train. This location has a great and personable staff! They really do look out for your best interest. When I got my quote, Joel broke down what my policy would entail, and he was able to give me a cheaper quote, too! :) Thank you!!
