  Kevin was an awesome mortgage lender. I was the listing agent and he was the lender for the purchaser. He kept me informed every step of the way, the process was smooth and closed on time. He also followed up after the transaction. I would recommend Kevin as your lender!

  ALCOVA Mortgage was great to work with. They really made the whole process very easy to negotiate. We have bought five homes prior to this and this was definitely the most pleasant and easiest by far. Highly, highly recommend them. Sheri Wall, you rock!
