      Kevin was pretty responsive. Process was more grueling than previous ones for me. This was mostly due to the underwriters. While they are thorough; it is at the expense of the consumer having to sign SEVERAL electronic documents weekly, verification calls to your current mortgage co (despite already having turned in statements, logging them into your bank acct, etc.), and keep checking the online documents daily. Keep in mind that it is well after your have already submitted the application, electronically uploading accompanying documents. We were very close to terminating the process; but decided to see it though after all of that effort.

      I am convinced that Kevin Onizuk is the best mortgage guy around. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions promptly and effortlessly.
